ZOGS TRAINING CAMP OPENS
PORTLAND, ME - Hey there ZOGS fans! It's time to start thinking of a new season. It is my pleasure to announce the beginning of the 1999 ZOGS Training Camp, and to invite all ZOGS Fan Club members to attend the exhibition games scheduled. Training camp opens Sunday, August 1st and continues until September 28th. Below is the exhibition game schedule. All games are to be played at Portland Ice Arena. Fan Club members will have an opportunity to collect autographs from the players and meet the individuals who will carry the ZOGS to the title this year. Come out and show your support for the team.

TRANSACTIONS: LW Alex Morton was called up to the Boston ZOGS. Remainder of team is resigned for 1999-2000 ice hockey season. Free agent signees include D Jack Michaud, F Randy Geoffroy, F Adam Morton, D Tim Bowring, D Bill Reynolds, and F Mark Hall.
NEWS OF NOTE: The website will be going through some housecleaning and revamping over the next month. Please excuse this mess while we retool for next season . . . The ice hockey season begins for the ZOGS the first week of October. Watch this site for updates and eventual release of the season schedule.
